Hello, my name is Ken Trevathan and I am now in my sixties and looking forward to retirement so that I can spend more time researching this great family of mine. The photo on the right shows four generations of my family with my father Jack Laurie Trevathan on the left, myself standing, my son Geoffrey Laurie Trevathan on the right and his son Robert David Trevathan on his knee.

We are from New Zealand and I live in Dunedin at the bottom of the South Island while my son and his family live in Nelson at the top of the South Island. My father is now deceased.

I also have a daughter Margot Anne who's married name is Thomas. Her husband Rod and my granddaughter Jade live in Palmerston North in the middle of the North Island of New Zealand.

I own and work in a hardware shop in the city and live with my wife Fi in Mosgiel, a part of Dunedin. We have a new home and live with our three cats and two small dogs.
